Meet Our Team
SEAN J. ABRAMS, DDS
Dentist
Sean J. Abrams, DDS has been practicing dentistry for over 14 years. A native of the Chicago area, Dr. Abrams is very excited to take over Dr. Burcham’s practice and continue his legacy. Dr. Abrams is a member of the Tennessee Dental Association and the Nashville Dental Society. Dr. Abrams has a passion for greyhound adoption and sports and enjoys watching movies and spending time with his family.
JENNY
Communications Manager
Jenny is Dr. Abrams’ wife and handles many of the behind-the-scenes logistics of our office. Jenny oversees marketing, Human Resources, and exterior communications. Jenny is also a professional organizer, so keeping the practice organized is her number one goal. Jenny, Dr. Abrams, and their two children are excited to live, work, and play in Franklin, TN!
NADIA
Business Manager
Nadia is our Business Manager and handles the day to day, insurance, patient accounts, and treatment at the DFFD office. Nadia thinks of herself as a problem solver!
She enjoys building good relations and rapport with every patient and looks forward to meeting all of you. Like most of the office staff, Nadia shares a love of animals and has a German Shepard named Adira and a cat named Jax.
She is from a small town in New York that looks a lot like Downtown Franklin, but grew up in Murfreesboro.
HELENA
Registered Dental Hygienist
Helena has been practicing dental hygiene since 2008. She is happily married to her husband, Jonathan of nineteen years and they have a beautiful daughter named Gisele.
Helena is dedicated to the dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and leave loving their smile.
MACI
Registered Dental Hygienist
Maci is a Registered Dental Assistant here at DFFD. A native to the Franklin area, Maci was born and raised in College Grove on her family’s farm.
She is a dog mom to her sweet pup Autumn and is also enjoying being an aunt. Maci is looking forward to seeing all of your smiles when you visit us at Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry.

At your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Abrams and our team for a complete evaluation as well as to discuss your overall health history and any concerns. From there, we will create a personalized treatment plan. At that time, our team is happy to discuss your insurance benefits and payment options.

Here's how you can help:
Shop and donate an item from the WCAC Amazon Wish List.
Bring your donated item to our office and we will collect and donate on behalf of all our patients.
Refer a new patient to our office.
For every new patient, DFFD will donate $50 to Music City Greyhound Adoption. This money helps offset the general cost of care of fostered greyhounds.
